Bio: Michael Quinn received his Master’s Degree in Psychology from California State University Sacramento and has over 3 decades experience in residential care for needy children including – emergency placement, and residential treatment care. As an online faculty member and video author at FosterParentCollege.com. Michael has written several Resource Parenting and Private Agency Staff Training handbooks.
